Celebrating Excellence: 2025 Marriott Award Winners

We are proud to recognize three Yedla-managed hotels and their leadership teams for earning Marriott recognition in 2025.
While each award measures a different aspect of hotel performance, together they reflect what great hospitality looks like in practice: creating experiences guests are eager to recommend and building relationships that keep them coming back.
At AC Hotel Huntsville Downtown, General Manager Tina Jones and her team earned Marriott's Most Improved Intent to Recommend Award, recognizing significant improvement in guest recommendation scores.
At Fairfield Inn & Suites Huntsville Redstone Gateway, General Manager Randy Shoe and his team earned Marriott's Platinum Circle Award. The award recognizes hotels that reached at least 50% of their full-year 2025 Marriott Bonvoy enrollment goal, reflecting strong guest engagement and loyalty program performance.
At Residence Inn Florence, General Manager Tammy Dawson and her team earned Marriott's Silver Circle Award. The award recognizes hotels that reached at least 50% of their full-year 2025 Marriott Bonvoy enrollment goal, demonstrating a commitment to building guest loyalty and strengthening the Marriott Bonvoy program.
Although the awards are different, the foundation behind them is often the same.
Guests choosing to return.
Guests willing to recommend a stay to others.
Teams that understand the importance of every interaction, every detail, and every opportunity to create a positive experience.
These recognitions are a reflection of the associates, leaders, and support teams who show up every day committed to serving guests well.
