A Long Time in the Making: From the Horizon to the Partnership Circle
We are proud to share that Yedla Management Company has been recognized with the Marriott Partnership Circle Award, one of Marriott International's highest accolades for management partners.
Our CEO, Srinath R. Yedla, will attend CONNECT 2026 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas this week to celebrate alongside fellow Partnership Circle Award winners.
This is not our first time on a Marriott stage. And that history matters to us.
In 2017, Yedla Management Company received Marriott International's prestigious Horizon Award at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles — part of the L.A. Live complex — surrounded by some of the most respected leaders in the hospitality industry. That evening felt like a turning point. A moment of recognition that told us the approach we had been building — quietly, consistently, through good years and hard ones — was working.
What we remember most about that night is not the stage. It is the people who made it possible. The team members who had been with us for years. The general managers who treated every property like it was their own. The investors who trusted us with their assets. The guests who chose to come back.
Awards in hospitality are rarely won by a single person or a single decision. They are earned through thousands of small ones — a room inspected twice, a guest complaint resolved before it became a review, a maintenance issue caught early, a team member supported through a hard season. That is the work. That is what this recognition reflects.

The roots of Yedla run deep. Thirty-five years of operations. Twenty-nine properties across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest. A culture built on the belief that when your team is genuinely cared for, your guests feel it and your performance follows.
